Returns, Refunds, and Shipping FAQ

Returns:

Personalized Items or Custom-Made Items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless there was an error in the customization on our end. We will create your items with the name left in the “Notes and Personalization” section at time of checkout. If there is an error in the customization please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will replace or refund for the order on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Personalized Items:

Please contact us within 48 hours or receiving the order with your request for return and reason for return. We will take a look at your request and if you are not happy with your purchase we will refund for your purchase (minus shipping costs) once we receive the items back from buyer as long as the items are returned in NEW condition. Buyer must pay return shipping fees for all returned items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Digital Items:

All digital files are final sale. No returns or refunds will be given for digital items unless specified in description of a specific item. Once purchase is made, the files will be emailed directly to you and no refund will be given.

Refunds:

Personalized Items or Custom-Made Items:

No refunds will be given for personalized items unless an error was made in the personalization on our end. If you entered incorrect personalization information, you can place a new order for the items with the corrected personalization. No refunds will be offered unless the error was made by All Aboard Whistle.

Non-Personalized Items:

If you are not happy with your non-personalized items, please message us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss the issue. You may send your items back to All Aboard Whistle once we have discussed the issue. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return once we have inspected the item and it was returned in NEW condition. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your Credit Card (or the approved payment type used to place your order).

You will receive a credit within the specific number of days depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping:

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. If you receive a refund for your order, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.

Shipping:

Creation/Packaging/Shipping:

All items ship within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS after the order date (not including weekends) via USPS Standard shipping.

Shipping and creation speeds can be upgraded upon request (additional fees apply for all rush options and will be payed for by customer).
